Due to tax Reporting I need to find out if this adress is owned/was owned by cryptopia:

I have sent bitcoins to the adress from coinbase, but dont remember or cant find out if is to cryptopia or another Exchange.

Bitcoins sent from my adress to what i think is the cryptopia adress in the time frame, 11.01.2018-30.01.2018.

Cryptopia balance may be refunded if the court process go well, but I want to report my balance as lost until I eventually might get them back.
