I like the goal and concept of the project, but it is too early to do any conclusions because it should be platform, but it can't be implemented without website. So in any case we should wait and see workable platform first. But as i said before idea is interesting and can help to many people who like to invest, i think there are many such people on this forum 
I can lie to you and say something encouraging. But I believe that people who are interested in my idea should understand the difficulties of its implementation. Having said those words, I flopped as a marketer.) But I hope to be honest, I can get a lot more feedback and advice than if I answered you with typical phrases and promised the moon).
