I think that crime, manipulating other people's identities does not only happen in the outside world, in the Forum it can also happen both to you and to me.
The bottom line: such an account, should not exist in this forum, that is purely the stupidest act that some newbies have ever done, don't understand the real purpose they are doing, revenge, jealousy or something bad, obviously they are doing it, as you can see.
if I go deeper, maybe the results are as I explain below.
It is clear that the newbie is fooling they do not think that it is wrong I think they are blind not seeing and how to write another identity to be posted in the campaign list.
These old accounts started getting resurrected and registering indecent or also revenge with someone but this newbie is using a lot of other people's names so I think it's inappropriate to do this.
Newbie behavior will continue like this if not followed up.
