Yeah, a couple of weeks back I sent 25 VTC to Cryptsy. My VTC balance only increased about 9.1 VTC with absolutely no other activity on the account (trades, withdrawls, etc, etc, etc). My message to Cryptsy "Support" only resulted in a very lame response that completely disregarded the given details and the account activity plainly showing in my account area.

I moved EVERYTHING to BTER after that and have been very happy there since.

I have just received an answer from them and everything has returned to normal. My balance shows my number of VTC correctly. The answer was really fast ! Good experience so far I would say.

On my side, I am spreading my VTC in Coinedup, Bter, Cryptsy and my wallet but I am considering using the Vertcoin's online wallet too. Just to secure them a little bit more.
