Top exchange like binance maybe is the most preferred platform to find a new projects. To investing in new project, we will need some time to review the project because most of new projects are not good.
I see that Binance rarely holds IEOs, I prefer to see reviews from people if you want to invest in a new project, but you need your own research to assess whether the project is worth investing or not.
