Fraud, theft, scammers, liers.
I was recently victim of fraud and theft by a company (exchange) that claims to be properly registered in Hong Kong and Estonia.

I know this right now and it seems like this exchange site can be catagorized as a very high risk exchange site, mostly of tokens were traded on hotbit were scam tokens or coins.
This exchange site was also rushing to list any defi tokens to get the hype too.

That means hotbit was operating ilegally, right?
