$1800 from the technical aspect is almost impossible at this point.
The only thing that could make Bitcoin drop so low would be a major code flaw or something. Maybe if at least 3 top exchanges were hacked and drained in 1 month, but it's also not possible since the big ones have cold walets. You cann take only a small part of their total coins even if you manage to hack them.

For example, is not impossible for Trump to be elected president, nor is it for him to think Bitcoin is bad and it's in the hand of the Chinese, nor is it impossible for him to try and ban it.
