I also has same issue .

I did applied (past) for advcash card but they blocked my account first when I contacted them they said some suspicious activity happens in my account. After giving me my account back they blocked my account after few weeks again and this time I didn't contacted them.
They just ask you to contact that or that person.

Paycent also has some problem with their card payment.
