I really don't envy Darkstar right now. Just to go through them all is going to be a mammoth task and then he's got to pick the best of the best from a shortlist which is probably going to be a longlist and ceraintly isn't going to be easy. No doubt we'll get a lot of people complaining about his choices either way. For those that don't get picked I wouldn't take it personal as there's a hell of a lot of competition here. Just keep the content up and try again next time when spots become available. Good luck.
Not to mention that he has to go through all the off-topic posts here including this one to tabulate the applicants. A tool by @LoyceV to process all the Chipmixer applications would be very useful, but since I can't make that, the second best thing I can do is fork the drama to this thread
