If Bitcoin is also offering its own DeFi then perhaps you can make a fair comparison, but it's not. If you have DApps on Bitcoin then you can compare it with Ethereum, but it doesn't have them. If you can find a stablecoin on the Bitcoin blockchain then you may compare it with USDT on Ethereum, but Bitcoin doesn't have it.
