Since no one mentioned it, people should realize that Get-Paid.com uses
A-ADS (alternative google Ads), so Get-Paid.com have no control what kind of ads is seen by it's users.
I have already sent a PM to them and let's see what explanation they got for us.

As @LTU_btc said, publishers configure what kind of ads they allow on their sites and they can ban any ad anytime.
Our moderators check the ads before activation and either ban them, or activate and tag them accordingly.
We do our best to prevent scammers from advertising, but sometimes there is just no sufficient reason to reject the ad. Moreover, we can't control the content of advertisers' sites and their redirections, which may change after the ad is activated.
When we get trustworthy and convincing scam report, we ban the ad. For some reason I don't see the ad of `advancedtrader.top` in our database, perhaps it has was edited or deleted by the advertiser.
