I voted also, I agree that we need to be donating for th GUI project, but getting on BTC38.com would be great too, getting more people holding XCP as soon as possible. I am going to donate right now 0.5 Bitcoin to the GUI, can someone give me the address to donate to GUI ?

I want to make sure I'm donating to the lightweight wallet implementation, because that is what is going to bring the most newcomers. no blockchain syncs, online etc., like a counterparty, blockchain.info equivalent. Would that be XNOVA ?
JahPowerBit also intends to make a lightweight wallet, and indeed, the more wallets we have, the better.
We have a general donation address, your .5 BTC can be allocated specifically to xnova, if you would like: <19U6MmLLumsqxXSBMB5FgYXbezgXYC6Gpe>.
Not tooting my own horn, but I have been inspired to start donating regularly to get the light wallet going! 500 mBTC has been sent to you XNOVA, expect more soon! Come on guys rally around our devs and make it rain coins! It's an investment in our ROI and in the greatest meta project for this year!
Thank you very much halfcab! I will put this towards caffeine to finish the first version of the wallet.

Seriously though, wallet dev is coming along nicely. We are performing internal testing with the Counterparty core team members now and will soon be widening the circle. (It's pretty easy to get testnet BTC from a faucet, and I am adding testnet XCP burn support to it right now, so you can create your own testnet XCP to play with right from the GUI.) We are all very excited about this release!
Once the first release is out, beyond the community to test, we will be looking for interested webdevs to help us fix bugs, submit pull requests for enhancements that are listed in the tracker, and so forth. So if you are interested, or know anyone, get ready.
