In light of upcoming news PAN (PANTOS) looks very promising. 

They have released several Proof of Concept implementations in the past. Everyone can look up the code on Github and test it.
PAN has 7 repositories available.  In the 10th TAST Tech White Paper, they presented a framework that simplifies the development of cross-blockchain applications.
