That would be next to impossible for now. How even we innovate or technology grows especially on blockchain, traditional paper bill can never be abolish by majority of country. This is the solid way that everybody can always keep up when using finance. Now if youre getting overwhlem by blockchain improvement. It can be incorporated but totally replacing our old school paper bill for all digital accounts we know that there is always vulnerable aspect that could be negative in terms of mass community.
