On October 11, I have initiated a transaction to exchange PerfectMoney for Bitcoin at
I sent $ 35 from my PM account (U5598856) to the exchanger account (U2011971).
After a few hours, when I found that the transaction was not processed, I contacted them using the Live chat available on the site.
They told me that the minimum amount for the exchange is $100 and I must send another $ 65 or they will return my $ 35 within 24-48 hours.
There was no specification on the site regarding any minimum amount for exchange.
I told them it was their fault, and that I wanted my $ 35 to be returned.
Today is October 14th and I didn't get any money back ... even on their website, the transaction shows as completed.
They blocked me on chat.
