Cheating or NOT Cheating?
Coming from altcoinstalk forum I've experience few projects going against their own rules like saying on promotion page that no KYC will be required and after promotion ends they tell promoters to go and open account on an exchange and pass KYC, what can this be called? Cheating? Any consequences for such projects on this forum? Thank you.
I think this forum also has several campaigns like that. The initial rule does not require KYC but after the campaign period ends, KYC is required to distribute tokens. In my opinion, bounty participants are bound by other rules which say the terms and conditions can change according to conditions. And in my opinion it is natural that in the end the developer team asked for KYC because government regulations require it
