Everything first of all depends on what kind of coins you have. Different coins are placed on different exchanges. First of all, you need to look at the https://coinmarketcap.com/ site by the name of the token you are interested in. Can also search for the desired tokens on a decentralized exchange https://uniswap.org/.
Some tokens are not found by tokens search. I pushed smart-contract address to find project token like DEGO.
But as many say DEX is best way for ERC20 tokens.

That is why I pointed out a link to the most popular decentralized exchange, where you can trade tokens that are not yet available on centralized exchanges. You can search for and add tokens at the smart contract address. There are many instructions on how to do this on the Internet, I will not tell you in detail here.
