Both scammers. A legitimate L1 key is worth upwards of $500. They are becoming harder to acquire and more scarce.

If either of you want to refute this show us pictures of the cdm/devices folder, photo of device_client_id_blob of said L1 key opened in Notepad/Notepad++, and it's entry in the deviceconfig.py file.
