Never had this problem myself and I've been using CP for three years. It's not a scam imho.
'I haven't been scammed so it can't be a scam' doesn't refute any of these allegations.
'I've been caught out and had my account banned so it definitely MUST be a scam' doesn't prove anything.

I didn't say that was a valid argument but I can not immediately dismiss these accusations when we are only getting one side of the story. They have run their sites so poorly and refused to provide customer support that it is completely reasonable to be suspicious of their motives.
