Definitely it's up to you but  I would add into "How to defend yourself:" section the tip of choosing proper wallet capable to mitigate the aftermath of any dust attack, i.e the wallet with coin control that allows to freeze UTXOs/addresses. Probably the in-depth analysis of cases when it is better to freeze  UTXOs  or the whole address would be also helpful.
