I noticed coinmarketcap already has a triangles page (on app at least) I like to look at from time to time. coin circ is 130k though. I remember seeing coinmarket policy of $10k daily volume minimum. I think DecentralCore's plan is arbitrage and the BTC buys are already stacking.

I think you automatically get listed once you show up on one of the ~400 odd exchanges they aggregate date from.

One that seemed promising (and ranked nicely for volume) was gate.io. Their listing process is this short little form. All that is missing is a whitepaper:

TRI has been historically whitepaper agnostic, by design. The primordial shitcoin era from whence our genesis block emerged was nauseating. Our OP was fresh air breathing "no dripping buzzwords here."

I have been meaning to use the "blog" feature on oddbank.info to chronicle some economic models made possible by low volume POS tech but I think our whitepaper is this thread and can be summed in 3 words... "I know why"
