well... This is really an interesting project. But please explain to me. What is a hard cap? How many millions of dollars do you want from it? What is the purpose of this fund?
The ecosystem-based on Ripple source so every tx you transfer it burns some amount of coins.
There is a fixed of issue coins – 1048576 BRT.
No more coins will be issued in the future.
But this is a kind of "sleep" amount.
The real amount that in use now – 3808 BRT.
The rest of the tokens will be used only for new projects in fundraising campaigns. So on each sale, some new tokens will be added to the whole dividend ecosystem.
As of we are not running any ICO there is no hard cap. But hard cap for each participated project is determined by each project individually.
