Still people from Russia can access their LBC account, so if they have any funds on their LBC wallet then it is better to withdraw everything ASAP and find other ways until the Russia unlist them again from the blacklist, it happened with Binance so possible chances are there with LBC as well.

They have to withdraw already if there's a news like this. If they can still access LBC and they have funds on there, no other choice but to get out of it until they go fully blocked and before they give a sanction for those users that will still have access on it.
