Distribute reward with btc or ether, is already available since years ago.but those are very few & can't help preventing bounty scam. If we have a look at bounty thread, most of them are scam, some are totally garbage. good projects are a few.i notice, some newbie manager with 1 activity post scam bounties to scam our fund.even though newbie hunter continuously joining with them & promoting scams, that should be stopped. Using escrow might be helpful to solve this problem
This year in altcoin section, I have only just seen Injective as the only project that pays ETH for bounty in a relatively decent amount (30k USDT). But it seems like we have only seen such a project this year. Very few projects use escrow, we don't have many options, so it is necessary to DYOR.
Not only with Bitcoin and Ethereum, because at least there are other projects that I think are legitimate such as payment using EOS or other crypto which I think should be done by other projects too, because the bounty scam will not disappear as long as this industry continues, then scam projects and all forms of scams I think will remain. Indeed, we feel that over time the scam project is slowly disappearing but on the other hand, because the bounty projects have decreased, imagine if the bounty project increases again, the scam project will also increase again, so keep on being careful.
