Add extracted folder "blitz" to %APPDATA% and run blitz-qt.exe from another drive/directory of your choice.
(Keep qrcodelib.dll file in same directory selected for blitz-qt.exe)

I would really like to see the project revived again. I am a small Blitz coin holder, also used the TVE app. You need to make sure to solve the problem with SSL certificate. Is there an official announcement or website with information about the Blitz project?
