That user 'Zhang San Feng' (a figure from Chinese legendary myth) is providing Chinese responses to posts that were written in English.  So obviously the person behind it understands English just fine, but is deliberately choosing to post in Chinese rather than English.  Why?  Even Wolong wrote to English speakers in English.

It could be someone just using Google Translate to insinuate that the Chinese are coming (because people associated Chinese investment with massive pumps).
