What happened::
He got a locked exchange thread for 2500$ btc to paypal https://archive.is/aR62b
I contacted with him for a trade and checked his last posts to see if its even worth my time to talk with him.
I found this post

After I saw that he is suggesting others to ask for a signed message I thought that its a good way to see if he really has any btc funds.
I asked for him a signed message and he told that he has no idea what signed message is and he doesnt know how to sign one.

After all this I dug a little deeper. He is been a member almost 1.5 years advertising exchanges here and there, but I could find even a single complete deal from him.
