Wikipedia is a stunningly successful outlet for mass propaganda under colour of facts. Its so-called “neutral point of view” is anything but; and although its articles on
mathematical or scientific subjects have attained a decent quality, I would not rely on it for anything politically controversial in any way.
If Wikipedia is smearing Monero, I am not surprised.
I was mistaken about Coinomi being custodial; I will correct my earlier post accordingly. However, Coinomi is still not recommended:

The oft repeated mantra of "Don't trust. Verify." is apt here. With closed source software, it is impossible to verify, and you are forced to trust. Why will you not transition to open source?
