Also we need childboards for guides related to cryptocurrencies and bitcointalk, importantly for rank up inspirational stories. 
I don't think we need them for now because not much of activities on meta section related to forum development and other stuffs you are talking about so it's better to stick how it has been until there is a necessity to create a childboard for it.
