My transaction finally passed at 10:31 PM, but still hasn't arrived to p2pb2b exchange and now is 02:26 AM. (?)
I think this project has the potential. I've invested and I will not short soon, but these are the situations and problems in reality.
Not sure about the first bit but P2P can take a while, HitBTC is the main exchange these days.
There was a big spike in hashrate some days ago to over 10 TH and this raised the difficulty for XRC to an all time high. The hashrate was falling soon to normal levels and therefore we see VERY long times to find a block. Normal is 10min to find a block, now its 1-2 hours... This is very likely the reason for your experience.
BTW: Who on this world has 10TH free hashrate for the rare algo X13??? My only guess is its the manufacturer baikal itself.
