Try to create some helpful posts, tips or advice related to crypto, blockchain, etc., with a mindset not expecting some returns. Although a lot would appreciate your post and leave some good comments, you would be lucky if one of them will actually give you a merit for such a helpful and informative post.

As for me, I don't focus on merits. I think of it as a bonus. Just start focusing on being helpful to the community, and blessings will come after. Delayed gratification is for real.
