Are you expecting serious interest if you do not disclose any information about the type of job and tasks? And you also hold out the prospect of unrelatistic compensation through tokens of $ 50,000? Overall, it sounds like a dubious offer/project.
It is more provocative and believing if the OP would be honest and rather tell us we wouldn't earn with just an unpredictable success of the project. Even the 50,000USD can start a new business and project, so how could we know if this user really does have that kind of money to just give as a salary to the member of his team? Simple, they don't. Also, even the high paying programmers cannot gain that high just to being part of their developers in their team. Keep in mind that projects are just 'projects' that either would be funded and be successful, or would be disregarded and eventually fail even after release (the common case). Hence, without further disclosing any project info nor job requirement, OP would have a hard way gaining trust and finding 'members'.
