Looks like OP is a scammer.
He went offline right away after sending the payment.

Did you check the user's trust history first? He has 3 separate scam accusations against him. You were for all intents and purposes dealing with a newbie, even though he is less of a newbie than you. Hope you didn't lose too much. If you can post a chat screenshot or some sort of evidence that you were scammed I will tag this person with a negative trust that will be visible to others.
