https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/uniswap/from CMC, we can see there are ~40 coin/tokens listed on there (5 of them don't have any volume anyway). I don't think it's scam or not, but rather about pump and dump coin/token on UNISWAP
this explains everything. however, the tokens to avoid are tokens that do not have a large volume. You only need to click on the link above, then sort it by volume, then you can see a list of coins that have the potential to scam there. although not all tokens that have no volume there is a scam, but you can do your research and shorten the time that way.
Apart from checking the volume also have a look at the number of trades and the number of holders of the coin in etherscan. Of the number of holders is too low and if large percentage is held by a few address, then it's probably a scam.
