I assume that the time of the payout is determined when the spin is complete. If that's the case, I would expect players to close their tab when they hit a bonus round or spin that looks to be a 50x+ payout and then complete the round just before the deadline.
I suggest explaining how you plan on responding to players doing this now to avoid headaches in the future.
