Well, nothing's ever permanent in life so I shan't shed a tear if Lauda voluntarily chooses to leave the forum.  He/she hasn't been very active for some time now, and I'm not exactly shocked by this announcement.

Good luck wherever your soul lands next, Lauda.  You supported me for a while when I was new on DT and I always appreciated that.

But WOW.  Think about how many drama threads that Lauda was the center of.  I think there used to be a compilation somewhere, and that was a long time ago, and I'm sure it's grown since I saw it.  Guess all of that is coming to a screeching and generally unexpected halt, and all the Lauda haters can rejoice.  But we'll see.
