Read carefully the conditions for this bounty # 1, which you yourself have created! The title page (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5275651.0, in the General Rules section, reads very clearly “Only 500 admissions for each task.” This means FOR EACH TASK.
Now you are trying to change that to "500 total hunters". These are different concepts!
Also, in your Telegram chat, only on October 6, the admins announced the end of the bounty. Since until this time (October 06-07) there was no easily accessible and readable announcement of the end of the bounty (not hidden between the lines anywhere), you must pay a reward to every hunter who deserves it and who joined the bounty before the official announcement about completion (until October 07)!
Otherwise, hiding such information (announcement) means that you are trying to steal the work of 1/4 of the bounty hunters, whom you want to refuse to pay the well-deserved reward.
Don't fool the hunters! Do everything honestly and correctly! Pay a reward to every hunter who deserves it! Then maybe you will be able to regain at least some confidence in you and your new project!
