There are some concerns for sure but what makes me feel good is that they are actually answering questions in a polite and open manner and I would like to see the problems being solved before I try any bets here.

I haven't and the reason is because when I visited the website I was unable to see any markets until I register which was really strange for me as there should be no hesitation to show your markets if the betting odds are normal and something is not fishy.

Still not sure if it is worth trying them out although I like the welcome bonus mentioned on the promotions page.
