Mostly withdrawals take some very long time because last time when I have withdrawal this take nearly 24 hours as I ask support for this delay reply was security checking and its normal so now they are really shit site for this all as sometime bets takes also very long time to settle its all nearly 8 months back and now its more worst.
My withdrawal last week took 30 minutes or less I think it just depends on how big is the withdrawn amount.
The duration for the settled bets also improved I only placed bets on esports though and for me it's faster or somewhat close to instant. One annoying part about the UI is that you have to refresh just to see your updated balance.
