I don`t know how to rephrase my question better than this. I want to play games Roll the dice on the Wink platform for every 200 TRON i can win 1 DICE token. My question is if i roll and play the game with less than 200 TRON can I win a fraction of the DICE 0.4, 0.3 DICE .
