Here's a case I found of March of this year, the guy had to give up on $8,000 from Cloudbet after sending in multiple documents. Cloudbet uses these tactics of holding large amounts of money to extort a big bettor's documents in order to use it most likely.

I will continue to compile cases from all around the internet.

I guess you all are aware of the 330
BTC story >
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5106313.0which now has been resolved after an extended period of time.
the player deposited 129
BTC , no questions were asked.
afterwards, the player won 201
BTC and had a total of 330
BTC that were held by cloudbet for account ownership issues.
without going into much details, my concern is this ;
what if the player lost his 129
BTC ? i guess we all know that oblivious answer, no questions would have been asked.
now assuming the player was from a country that cloudbet does not allow, or any other reason, shouldn't they return the initial deposit immediately and keep the winnings for later time ?
TL;DR ; when you deposit a huge amount of bitcoin, no questions asked, no KYC b.s, but when you win, clouldbet plays the KYC card, do you guys think this is ethical ? should cloudbet get away with such actions?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5112310.0I will begin compiling more accusations because it seems I'm not getting paid. Cloudbet asked the community to silence me and close the case prematurely. At this point if Cloudbet wants to step up and co-operate to get this resolved, I am ready willing and able. But they are sending a clear message that players SHOULD NOT be paid. I will continue providing facts and updates about the case. Something has to change within Cloudbet if they want to service the community and not take from the community at will.
Look, Cloudbet. I know times are tough- competition has risen in the space with stake and sportsbet, and many other books. There are less games to bet now and less money being wagered. Liquidity issues must have played a factor in the sudden policy change to freeroll a USA customer. The community needs to start asking for verification for the ability to pay out. I am trying to keep my lips sealed so that we can resolve this. Please let me know.

On top of this RedApples made an account here just to harass me. It is clear it is the account of Cloudbet themselves taking all their anger and frustration out on me in a backhanded way by making an account that is clear from oversight from their regulators and the community- an anonymous account built to try and make a wronged player go away. Octradism, can anything be done about an account made to bully one user?

This type of thinking is extremely dangerous. They of course would , and have, and did.

I will NEVER stop fighting for what is right and until I am paid out my balance. never. Either that or Cloudbet stops receiving deposits, one of the two. If they keep phishing for deposits I will make sure I and every other victim starts a class action to call them out.
Look at the scam accusations on the other forum from the past two years. I'll begin compiling all of them for cloudbetscams.com so that hopefully I save future victims money.

I will never stop until they don't accept a single deposit again. don't care about being nice now. they've sent too many shills after me to slander me and harass me into silence. They are professional scammers, extorting documents from an account requesting a mid to high cashout, using those documents to commit fraud and open up other sportsbook accounts on other sites in your name to provide liquidity for their sportsbook, and then stealing the funds to pay for whatever seedy things they do behind the scenes with those documents like fraud. They need to be investigated by law enforcement agencies along with their criminal owners. I will see to it that an organization is set up to bring awareness to the anonymous cryptocurrency betting communities to stop criminal organizations like these to get their hands on your personal documents through extortion tactics in order to fund and facilitate their criminal money laundering underworld organizations.
If you don't want to talk about my case and paying back my deposits, let's begin to talk about what really goes on behind the scenes at Cloudbet and Curacao eGaming licensed companies as a whole. Money launderers, fraudsters, extortionists. That's just the start.
