Is it really an exact count of "bullrun" to be always in 4 years? Like we said that the previous bullrun happened at the end of 2017 to early 2018. Will it be meant that the next 4 years will be in 2021?
Well, personally, I will check for the reasons and also issues that make the probability of bullrun. Previous issues are about the Bitcoin halving and others. And now, halving has passed and still not bullrun yet. But the crypto market is changing better. Personally, I can't determine it because it is too risky to only expecting for the bullrun
