Yes, I have all of them:

I filtered all blocks with less than 2 transactions here in these tables:
As we can see, 100% segwit blocks are not so common. And there was still a block with 2992 legacy transactions (and zero segwit) in 2020! I searched to find out who that miner was (block 616561) with no success.
