Since you use the word "our money", maybe you recently experience a big loss that's why you are whining here. Don't blame those trading bots or something but rather improve your strategy instead.
That indeed seems like the case and people who are new into trading will face a loss and then get mad and spam everywhere that crypto trading is scam and here in his case he is calling the exchanges as scam, by the way it is exchanges not exchangers because exchanger is the word used usually for people who exchange between paypal to BTC or such stuffs.
Trading is not as easy as you think.
