We'll address the situation with goodac (who could have posted with his real account that already posted in this thread) once and once only. There is no discussion to be had here about this.

He didn't post all emails and left out the part where we offered to cancel the winnings in exchange for his deposit being returned. This was before we even checked his balance, his winnings or his wagered amount. We just saw his abuse and complaints and assumed he didn't even play his deposit and offered it back.

He broke the terms, he forfeited his free spin winnings in return for his deposit to be sent back, which we did.
He then played the remaining free spins before we had a chance to cancel them.
His wager was on a game that was excluded from the 40x rollover as per the terms too.
He lost 0 of his own money.

There are other players who have won more than he did on freee spins and withdrew their winnings.
There's people on the slots leaderboard who have cashed out and people will get their winnings from that when it's over too.

We, as we told goodac, we won't be dragged in to drama on public forums or platforms.
We made the decision and have explained the reasoning.

We will keep focusing on making the site even better for real players.
