It only stayed there for a bit and after that it went down below $13,000 again. Its considered a strong resistance too that is why some traders took profit at that price causing it to drop again.
Its too early to say for that at least for now.

That is also what happened too when Bitcoin is trying to surpass the $12,000 price. It went up then immediately go below it, took some days to weeks before it went up to $12,000 again and it might happen again this time. Although I can't say when obviously but there will be a time that staying above $13,000 will happen. Not this time though.
