You should not be surprised, beginners always go the line of the least resistance and invest in altcoins which are of course cheaper and of course promise xxx return on investment in a very short time as they are revolutionary and much better than BTC.
Actually thats the thing. But cant suggest a shitcoin to a merely beginner whom just started his journey with trading and investment. They should understand first the major coins that have details and more longer before trying to enter to new coins cause its quite risky.
I know the risk of investing on hype coin that made multiplier and its really fast and quick money. But the risk is almost high that your fund could be burned or gone right away. So better OP to really put some due diligence.
