you can try and see. but as Tytanowy said. there is not much scope left in ICO after all those years. and after so many scams and fake ICOs. if you have a real business and use case then you might make something out of it. but if you think you can just make a token and do an ICO and build $3M marketcap then you are dreaming bro. it would not work like that anymore. it's not 2017 when every 2nd ICO raised money in millions.
you said you want to try and see. but you must know that trying is not free. you have to spend money to build an ICO. you at least need a website. a whitepaper, a roadmap, and a token. which costs you money. if you still want to try it then go ahead.
