It can work but i rarely seen the crypto projects that were creating the physical business. There are some projects were still working on it like the real estate project that when you have bought the token and that means you have owned small percentage from the property but i doubt if that's still exist as there are so many projects became dead projects.

That means you are seeing it as a project that used the tokenization as a replacement for the stock. It's a security coin.
