That's the lowest amount for every altcoin I guess, and that is not something to be happy as this token was trading over 100 sats in the past.

Because their circulating supply keep increasing time after time, so this is pretty straightforward. If you are a knowledgeable investor then you should know it and sell it at the right time, and then there is no need to judge if they are trustworthy.
